Inspection Before Delivery:
1.Buyer can choose to come to seller's factory to check machine running status, seller has responsibility to run the full
machine line and produce finished products.
2.Seller is responsible to shoot video while doing trail production, and send to buyer for confirmation, or having
video chat with buyer while machine running.
3.If buyer requested, seller is responsible to send physical finished samples to buyer for quality check, seller bear ex-
press fee.
Packing:
Plastic film packaging for machine and PLY wood box for parts.
Transportation and Delivery:
1.Supplier bear all expense from supplier factory to Fuzhou port.
2.Buyer bear sea freight and insurance.
Installation:
1.Buyer can choose to learn full installation at seller's factory free of charge.
2. Field Installation Available, Buyer bear following filed installation charges:
(1)Buyer bear visa Application fee.
(2)Buyer bear technician salary, Rate:USD100/day/Person. Starting the day of departure from Fuzhou, China and end
the date of arriving Fuzhou, China. Usually require one technician total 7-15 days installation, including 2-4 days on
the road.
(3)Buyer bear food, hotel transportation during installation.
(4)Buyer bear round-trip fee including air tickets. Seller should confirm air tickets fee with buyer before booking.

6.After the warranty expires, buyer bear shipping cost and replacement cost.
After Sale Service:
1.Seller provide full formula and technology of making calcium carbonate products, starch products, plant fiber prod-
ucts(lf buyer has qualifed starch granules and plant fiber granules), 100%biodegradable products.
2. Preparation and hand-over of maintenance manuals.
3.If Buyer request, buyer provide all necessary help to get SGS, CE, FDA certification, buyer bare certifcation cost.
4.Technical support from 7:30am-11:30am,2:30pm-8:30pm China Time, 7 days a week.
