  The machine line realizes fully automatic continuous production from granules form material to finished products, including sheet extrusion, products forming, finished products punching, automatic counting and stacking. No manual intervention required during production. Only two workers per shift are needed to run the whole line, one for packaging and one for material feeding and edge scrap recycling.

  The sheet extruder directly forms sheets into products forming and punches finished products in one pass, Eliminates secondary heating entirely, greatly reducing energy use.
